We carry both public and employers liability insurance and all risks cover for all our projects. You are advised to notify your current insurance company of the construction and to take out increased insurance to cover contents during the project. We are not able to offer contents cover for the duration of the build.

Guarantee:

We provide a 1-year company workmanship guarantee on all works carried out and a 10-year guarantee company guarantee on all structural works, this is a non-transferable guarantee and will be issued on completion of the project and payment of the final balance. This is a company liability guarantee, we can provide an insurance back guarantee if required at an additional cost (Approx. £1800.00)..
